13. Will I need to make any DNS changes?
In order to use the Outblaze SME service, your DNS records need to be set up. There are two ways of doing this:

a) Ask your registrar to point your domain’s name servers to
ns1.system.sme.outblaze.com
ns2.system.sme.outblaze.com
so that Outblaze handles all your DNS records, or

b) ask your hosting company to add the following records:
mail.domain.ext. IN CNAME primary.ap.system.sme.outblaze.com.
ftp.domain.ext. IN CNAME primary.fc.system.sme.outblaze.com.
www.domain.ext. IN CNAME primary.wh.system.sme.outblaze.com.
domain.ext. IN MX 10 primary.mx.system.sme.outblaze.com.

For example, if your domain name is abc123.com, then the above would look like this:
mail.abc123.com. IN CNAME primary.ap.system.sme.outblaze.com.
ftp.abc123.com. IN CNAME primary.fc.system.sme.outblaze.com.
www.abc123.com. IN CNAME primary.wh.system.sme.outblaze.com.
abc123.com. IN MX 10 primary.mx.system.sme.outblaze.com.

It is very important to note the trailing dot after the ".com" in all cases above.
